I can't say I ascribe to this fully. I hate to think that I don't have control of my destiny, that whatever happens to me has been preordained by God or some other force. But yet, reflecting on my life, sometimes I wonder if that isn't true, that it doesn't matter what I've done, that everything was supposed to happen anyway.
