Some friends of mine had a pre-Super Bowl football game yesterday. Of course, we had some ladies join us, so the rules were modified a bit. Before scoring a TD, at least one of the plays had to be run by one of the females, either a running or receiving play. So, we had a long bomb where we had to yell to our teammate to stop at the one yard line. Ever had to tell your teammate NOT to score? It was still fun though. Got a chance to use the football cleats. And since the field was pretty muddy, they definitely helped keep the footing.

Thanks to Paul, Joey, Rainelle and Malou for hosting the Super Bowl party. Too bad the most exciting parts were some of the commercials. Terry Tate, Office Linebacker had to be the best of them.

Oh, as for the game. Geez, The Buccaneers just completely dominated the Raider nation. This match-up had to be the worst for the Raiders. Not only did they meet up with the team their old coach went to, but "Chucky" Gruden knew them like the back of his hand. Did anyone catch Buc safety John Lynch mic'd up? He was saying something like "They're running things exactly like in practice." And who was playing the role of Rich Gannon during the Bucs practice sessions? Yep. Jon Gruden. Just horrible luck.
